Mug based on the Anti Dimming Outfit mark V as issued by the British Army for use when wearing the respirator used to protect from Nuclear Fallout, Chemical or Nerve Agents.
Anti - dimming outfit for gas mask. Instructions for use were printed around the outside of the container. It had two sections with a lid at either end, one section contained the cleaning cloth, the other the cleaning compound.
This mug is a replica of that issued kit. A reminder of those NBC Days of the Cold War.
